Training Program


facility maintenance noun. activities including keeping spaces, structures and infrastructure in proper operating condition in a routine, scheduled, or anticipated fashion to prevent failure and/or degradation.

 We train custodial professionals through this program. Students learn safety, communication, professionalism, team participation, time allocation, customer service, and problem solving through this program. We have hands-on training that includes the use of full personal protective equipment as well as materials required to conduct facility maintenance operation, from auto scrubbers and buffers to chemical cleaning products. Job placement assistance provided.
