By making this payment, I give my permission to be interviewed, photographed, and/or videotaped by DTC or any media outlet that has granted permission to do so by DTC during and after my participation in the program. This will be used for promotional, instructional, and marketing purposes (primarily for social media and website purposes). I understand and agree that such materials may be distributed to the public and displayed publicly one or more times and in formats, including but not limited to print and digital media. I also understand that this permission to use the text, photographs, and video in such material is not limited in time, and will not receive any compensation for granting this permission.

Detroit Training Center offers this course to cover the effective, safe, and efficient use of powered industrial trucks/forklifts. Students receive lecture-based instruction to develop general knowledge on the equipment prior to attending hands-on instruction where they will have the opportunity to drive the equipment. Certificate is provided upon completion of the course at the end of the day. 

Complying with the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 Powered Industrial Trucks as required under Materials Handling and Storage, Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Part 21 Powered Industrial Truck Safety Standard.
